Neil van der Meer

Neil has worked for the Van Leer Group since 2014. Prior to joining Van Leer, he worked in various leadership roles for NYSE Euronext, ABN AMRO and Staples Europe. He holds a BSc honours degree from Pietermaritzburg University, an MBA (Finance track) from the University of Amsterdam and has done executive training at INSEAD.

Neil has served on the governing council of the European Foundation Centre where he also co-founded the Operations Professionals Network and teaches at the annual European leadership exchange programmes with China and Russia. When he isn’t working, he loves fixing things and spending time with his wife and children.
